The following terms apply to any products purchased from us:
1. Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason. If you change your mind after placing the order, you may cancel the payment before delivery.
The deadline for canceling an order is 24 hours from the time we receive the order form or when a third party you appoint (not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered package.
Note: Registration, subscription, or processing fees are non-refundable. Only the item price will be refunded according to Ladyb Beauty World’s rules and regulations.

Store credit will only be issued after items are returned to our location. Store credit will be sent as an e-gift card to the email associated with the order. Claims filed with Route that are not approved are not eligible for store credit.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Additional Terms:
Store credit will be issued within 1-3 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable if the package has left our facility.
The buyer pays for return and re-shipping fees in case of an exchange.
Certain goods such as gift cards, opened products, pills, and soaps are exempt from returns/exchanges.
A receipt is required for processing store credit.

Ensure that items over $75 are sent using a trackable shipping service. Ladyb Beauty World is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Wrong Items Received
If you received the wrong product, send a picture of the incorrect item within 24 hours of delivery to support@ladybbeautyworld.com. Return labels will be provided, and returns must be sent within 14 days. Refunds are processed once the incorrect item is received.
4. Damaged Products
If a product is received broken, notify us immediately with pictures at support@ladybbeautyworld.com. Refunds or replacements will be processed after review by our team.
